- 2-4 swiss chard leaves and stems (silverbeet)

- 2 fillets canned salmon, flaked
- 1 egg, beaten

Chickpea Soup - Coconut Curry

- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped (1 1/2 cloves)
- 3 whole carrots, peeled and diced ( 1 1/2)
- 3 tablespoons Better Than Boullion (1 Tbsp- 1 1/2 tsp)
- 2 1/2 cups water (1 1/4 Cup)
- 2 heaping teaspoons curry powder (1 tsp)
- 1 heaping teaspoon garam masala (1/2 tsp)
- 1 can coconut milk (7 oz)
- 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained (1 Can)
- 1 large bunch organic collard greens, chopped (1 sm. Bunch)
- salt to taste

- 1-2 tsp pure vanilla extract (I used 2 tsp)

- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

- 1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce or KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
