Double Chocolate Cookie Bars - Chris Abell

Preheat oven to 350. Combine crumbs and margerine, press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 pan
- 2 cups finely crushed Oreos
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup margerine
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Simple Perfect Chili

I saw this recipe on the Pioneer Woman Show
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 t ground oregano
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup masa harina
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- Shredded Cheddar - for serving
- Chopped onions - for serving
- Tortilla chips - for serving
- Lime wedges - for serving

- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Tobasco
- 1 tsp Mustard Seed
- 1 tsp Celery Seed
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tsp Worcestershire
- 2 Tbl Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Zucchini and Tomato Casserole with Asiago Crust

This casserole is a big hit at pot lucks, can be made ahead of time and reheated, and freezes well
- 3 lb medium tomatoes
- 2 lb zucchini and/or yellow crookneck squash
- 1 c Asiago cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c breadcrumbs (Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs add a lot of flavor)
- 1/4 c olive oil
- Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
- salt and papper to taste
- 1/4 c fresh basil, slivered.

- 3 Egg Yolks, slightly beaten
- Grated Peel of 1 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbl Margerine
- 1 baked 9" Pie Crust
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1/3 cup Sugar
