Ingredients

    small container of lime or raspberry sherbet

  • 8

    oz cream cheese

  • 1

    TBL lemon juice

  • 1

    can sweetened condensed mil

  • 12

    oz Cool Whip

Directions

Line loaf pan with aluminum foil. Spread sherbet in loaf pan 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Beat cream cheese, and blend in lemon juice and sweetend condensed milk. Fold in Cool Whip and pour over sherbet. Put in freezer for 2-4 hours. Take out pan 5 minutes before serving. Turn pan upside down on plate and cut to serve.
