  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 c chopped celery
  • 1 T dried rubbed sage
  • 12 c dried bread cubes (l loaf of white bread)
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • 1/2 t dried marjoram
  • 1/2 t ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 to 1 1/4 c chicken broth
