Mother used to make this chili early in the morning, and let it set on the stove all day
- 1 Onion
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beeg
- 28 oz Peeled Tomatoes - pur juice into meat. Squeeze tomoates. Or just buy crushed tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1 Tbl Chili Powder
- 2 Tbl Coumin
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 16 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans

- 20 oz Frozen Chopped Broccoli
- 1 can Cream of Celery or Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 small Onion, Chopped
- 4 Tbl Butter or Margerine
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 cups Rice or Corn Chex Cereal
- 4 oz Shredded Almonds
- 8 oz Cheese Whiz

- For glaze:
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda

This is a great meatless egg "casserole" that can be prepared the night before and stored in the fridge overnight
- 1 16pz package of frozen corn (do not thaw)
- 1/2 c flour
- 12 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c cottage cheese
