Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Place sugar and vinegar in blender and blend well
- 1 c sugar
- 5/8 c vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
- 1 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 T dried mustard
- 1 T garlic salt
- 1 T poppy seeds
Creamy Chicken Skillet with Stuffing

Prepare stuffing mix. Heat large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat

- 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 c frozen green beans
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of broccoli soup
- May substitute golden mushroom soup for cream of broccoli
Yankee Noodle Dandies

- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 6 oz butterscotch chips
- 2 cans (3 oz each) chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c chopped peanuts

Green Beans with Tomatoes

Alternative to the Thanksgiving Green Bean Casserole that my family will not eat
- 1 pkg whole green beans (frozen)
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t dried basil leaves
- 1 t ground oregano
- 1 T parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 T grated Parmesan cheese
WW Individual Blueberry Cobbler - Chris Abell

I got this recipe from Weight Watchers
- 4 cups Fresh Bluberries (you can use blackberries or rapsberries too)
- 1 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbl Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Uncooked Cornmeal
- 2 Tbl Sugar, Granualted
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 5 Tbl Regular Butter, Cold
- 1/2 cups Fat-Free Skim Milk
Meatloaf

- 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1.5 to 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1.5 cups Bread Crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
Roasted Carrots

Combine all ingredients from oil thru carrots in a plastic bag
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 lb carrots, cut into smaller pieces
- 2 T fresh cilantro
- 2 T lime juice
Lemon-Lime Layered Dessert

A cool and easy summer dessert that makes it look like you worked all day
- HINTS:
- 2 c lime sherbet
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 8oz container of thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- May substitute raspberry or orange or mixed berry sherbet. Have fun experimenting!
- You can substitute Neufectal cheese, fat-free sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip Light for a lighter dessert without sacrificing any flavor.
Pastiso for One pan

Brown 1 onion in oil. Add ground beef and while browning, add salt to taste and catsup for color
- Topping:
- 1 onion
- oil
- salt to taste
- catsup to taste
- 2 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 lb long macaroni
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
- 3/4 c cornstarch
- salt to taste
- 5 egg yolks, beaten
- Parmesan cheese
- Paprika for color
