Phyllo Triangles: Take a phyllo sheet with the longer side towards you
- Cream:
- 14 phyllo sheets
- 21 fl. oz. milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp corn flour (corn starch for the US residents)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp orange extract
- Syrup:
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Juice of a lime or lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick

In large bowl, beat milk and butter until blended
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup white baking chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Barbecued Black Beans with Sweet Potatoes

1. Place sweet potatoes in slow cooker
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 8 chunks each
- 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 ribs celery, sliced

- 1 can (12 ounces) diet cola beverage
- 1 package (8 ounces) pitted dates, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Place chopped onions and celery in your slow cooker
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Red Velvet Cupcakes With White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350° F
- For Cakes
- 24 paper liners for cupcake pans (2 1/2 –inch size)
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) plain German chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bottle (1 ounce) red food coloring
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- For White Chocolate Peppermint Cream Cheese
- Frosting
- 6 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 4 ounces (half an 8-ounce package) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1 24 lb. extra-large shrimp (about 24 shrimps) peeled and deveined, tails off
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 fresh pineapple, cored and cut lengthwise into slabs
- 1 1 1 medium red onion, thickly sliced (1/2 inch)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 4 4 (6”) Fajita Flour Tortillas

- 1 t. onion powder

Grilled Pineapple-Chicken Kabob Packs

1 Heat gas or charcoal grill
- 1/3 cup pineapple preserves
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes (1 lb)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
