Column A Chicken Salad

In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the water to a boil
- 2 cups water
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce (1/2 of a small head)
- 4 cups shredded red cabbage (1/2 of a small head)
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions (about 3 scallions)
- 1/4 pound snow peas, ends trimmed and halved
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Grandma's BBQ Sauce

1. In 4 cup pan, combine oil, garlic and onion
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Spaghetti Sauce *GOOD*

Seasoning Mix: Mix ingredients together and sore in covered jar
- Seasoning Mix:
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- Spaghetti Sauce:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 (16 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons Spaghetti Seasoning Mix (above)

- GLAZE:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) white cake mix
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon rum extract
- 3 to 4 teaspoons eggnog

Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 1/4 cup spicy bean dip
- 1 cup refrigerated taco sauce with seasoned ground beef (from 18-oz container)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)

Mexican Fiesta Chili

- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 lb. ground lean beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 packet Chicken Bouillon
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Corn Kernels, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (8 oz.) GOYA® Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup GOYA® Salsa Pico de Gallo
