Cherry Danish Biscuit Cups

1 Heat oven to 350°. Spray two 2 3/4x1 1/4-inch muffin cups with cooking spray
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 Pillsbury® Grands!® frozen Southern Style Biscuits (from 25-oz bag)
- 2 teaspoons cherry preserves
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon water
Chocolate Sherbet

In a small saucepan, combine the cocoa and sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup cold water
Pumpkin Roll Cake

For the cake, preheat oven to 375°
- Filling & Icing:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese , softened
- 4 squares (1 ounce each) white chocolate , melted
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 6 cups thawed, frozen whipped topping

Macaroni and Cheese

Cook macaroni as directed on package
- 1 -1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni, rigatoni or spinach egg noodles (about 6 ounces)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 8 ounces process sharp American or Swiss cheese, process American cheese loaf or process cheese spread loaf, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Sticky Chicken

Slice chicken into 1 inch slices, and heat large non-stick pan with olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast (no skin)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped spring onions to garnish
Big Easy Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- FROSTING:
- 1 (18.3-ounce) package fudge brownie mix, batter prepared according to package directions
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stars and Stripes Cookies

PREHEAT oven to 350º F. ROLL cookie dough to 1/4-inch thickness between two pieces of wax paper
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) light cream cheese (Neufchâtel), at room temperature
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 24 fresh, medium strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
Spinach Lasagne *(GOOD)*

Microwave ground beef on high for 6 minutes, drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Dash of garlic salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 ounce mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
Pork Goulash

1. Mix all ingredients except sour cream and dill in a 3-qt or larger slow-cooker
- 1 1/4 lb boneless pork butt (shoulder), cut in 1-in. chunks
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes in purée
- 1 packet beefy-onion soup mix (from a 2.2-oz box)
- 2 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp snipped fresh dill
Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

Whisk together the sauce ingredients; set aside
- For the Sauce:
- 1 cup of chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of yellow or brown mustard
- 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon of Liquid Smoke, optional
- 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar, packed
- For the Chicken:
- 2-1/2 pounds of bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Cajun/Creole seasoning, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 1-1/2 cups of chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped jalapeno, optional
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
