Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (2-layer size) package yellow cake mix (Treebeard's uses only Pillsbury pudding-included type).
- 4 eggs1 stick butter (1/2 cup), melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar (approx. 3 3/4 cup)
- Extra powdered sugar for topping & chopped pecans or
- Chopped dates, coconut, chopped pecans or
- Fresh raspberries or
- Raspberry sauce for topping. flakes coconut, & pecans, chopped

- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

10-Flavor Double Dipped Buttermilk Fried Chicken

One day before frying, toss chicken with kosher salt, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary and garlic
- For the 10-Flavor Flour:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken drummers, 4 thighs, 4 small pieces split breast

- A few sprigs thyme and rosemary

- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T shoyu
- 2 T oyster sauce

- garnishes (SPAM, eggs, green onions, kamaboko, etc.).
