Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/2 lb uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) fresh button mushrooms, quartered
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
- 2 containers (10 oz each) refrigerated reduced-fat Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups cut-up cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

- 1 lb strawberries (about 3 cups), chopped
- 1/2 cup shiraz or other red wine
- 1/4 cup sugar

All-Chocolate Boston Cream Pie

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Bailey's Irish Creme Chocolate Chip Muffins

1.) In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus more for topping if you want)
Mama's Best Mac & Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Bring large pot of water to boil
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Salt, plus some to taste
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 lb Campanelle Pasta, or shape you like
- 1/2 lb Gemili Pasta, or shape you like
- 1 lb Bacon, cubed
- 1 Medium Red Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp Black Pepper, plus some to taste
- 2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper, plus some to taste
- 1/2 lb Cremini Mushrooms, diced
- 6 Tbsp (3/4 Stick) Butter
- 1/2 lb Brie
- 1/2 lb Extra-sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 lb Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Velveeta, cubed small
- 2 Large Eggs, beaten
Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over chicken
- Marinade:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 3/4 inch thickness
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Ranch Spread:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Parmesan Crumb Topping:
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoons garlic salt,
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup shredded provolone

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 3 lbs.)

- 1/4 cup dry white wine
