Pizza Pasta Skillet

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 8 oz campanelle pasta
- 5 oz pepperoni slices (I used the mini slices)
- 8 oz Italian sausage
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 (26oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Crumb Boss Hazelnut Cake

In bowl add sifted cake flour, cinnamon baking powder and brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c Cake Flour, sifted
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking Powder
- 1/2 c + 2 T Brown Sugar, sifted
- 1/2 Canola Oil
- 3 Lg Yolks
- 5 oz Water
- 1 tsp Van X
- 3/4 c Toasted hazelnuts, GROUND
- 6 Lg Egg Whites
- 3/4 c Sugar
Elegant Raspberry Chocolate Pie

DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water
- 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Gelatin, Raspberry Flavor
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 packaged chocolate crumb crust
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 squares BAKER'S Semi Sweet Chocolate
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed (optional)
- Raspberries (optional)
Cheesecake

Mix together all ingredients and spoon into graham cracker crust shell
- 1 (8 ounce) softened cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip
Old Fashioned Chicken

In a 6-quart soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 chicken thighs or drumsticks (about 2 pounds)
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 2 (14- to 16-ounce) cans cannellini beans (white kidney beans), drained (see Options)
- 2 (15-ounce) cans whole potatoes, drained
- 1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes, chopped, juice reserved
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Whipped Buttercream Frosting

This frosting is similar to bakery frosting; great for frosting cakes and simple decorating
- 2 cups Crisco (or) Sweetex shortening (high ratio bakery type)*
- 1/2 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (Manufacturing)
- 2 teaspoons butter/vanilla flavor, or your favorite
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 pound confectioners sugar, sifted
Smokey Burgers with Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce

Let your meat come to room temperature and then mix your ground beef with all of the above smoky spice blend
- BURGERS:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- FOR SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds to garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Country Fruit Stand Salad

Cut cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple into bite-sized pieces; place in a large bowl
- 1 medium to large cantaloupe, cut in half, seeds and rind removed
- 1 medium to large honeydew melon, cut in half, seeds and rind removed
- 1 medium to large pineapple, top removed, sliced into quarters, rind and core removed
- 1 quart strawberries, washed and hulled (tops removed)
- 3/4 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup granola

- 8 oz. linguini
- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb. large shrimp (16-20 pieces), peeled and deveined
- GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ tsp. hot pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced(about 1 tsp. zest and 2 tbsp. juice)
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
