BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

Preheat oven to 425 F degrees
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Parmesan mixture
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp minced fresh chives (optional)
Butter Ranch Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Ritz crackers or similar butter crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 Tbsp The Pantry Club Garden Ranch Gourmet Dip Mix
Oven Baked BBQ Beef Ribs

Rinse ribs and dry COMPLETELY with paper towels
- 3 lbs meaty beef ribs
- Liquid smoke (optional)
- 2-4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, can used a smoked salt as well
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- Favorite BBQ Sauce (I only used a few tablespoons of Sweet Baby Ray's)
Really Good Bread Pudding

Heat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, melted butter, raisins, and cinnamon
- 10 slices stale bread, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups hot milk
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Deep Fried Spicy Ribs

Cut ribs along the length of the bone
- Garlic Salt
- Cajun Seasoning
- Crushed Red Peppers
- Flour
- Cooking oil
- 1 Whole slab of ribs
Vinaigrette

Make your own vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar (or any vinegar)
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

1. Add the beef to a 6-quart or larger slow cooker
- 1 1/2-2 pounds beef stew cubes, well-trimmed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup sliced white onion
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 (10.75-oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12-oz.) package of egg noodles (cooked according to package directions on the stove-top)
- 2 cups frozen peas
- salt to taste
Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

1. Sprinkle the black pepper liberally over the steak and rub in slightly
- 2 pounds (900 g) top sirloin steak
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in a large dice
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in a large dice
- 1 onion, cut in a large dice
- 1 cup (250 ml) beef broth, plus 1/2 cup
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) freshly ground black pepper

- 5 seasoning packets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, grated
- 2 cloves garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium carrot, sliced in thin strips
- 2 stalks celery, sliced in thin strips
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package bean sprouts
- 4 dry shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced (pre-soak in water , squeeze excess liquid)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup char siu or Chinese Barbecue Pork, thinly sliced

- 1 1/2 lbs. chuck roast, 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb. boneless pork butt or shoulder, 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb. Portuguese sausage, sliced
- 2 TB vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper seeded, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (15-oz.) can beef broth
- 1/2 c chili powder
- 1/4 c ground cumin
- 2 (15-oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 TB Tabasco sauce
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney, chili or pinto beans, optional
