TO MAKE CRUST: MIX TOGETHER FLOUR AND SUGAR

- FILLING:
- 1 EIGHT-OUNCE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 1 EIGHT-OUNCE CONTAINER COOL WHIP, DEFROSTED
- TOPPING:
- 2 PACKAGES KNOX UNFLAVORED GELATIN
- 1 CUP WATER
- 1 CUP BOILING WATER
- 1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 4 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE

- 5 lbs. pork spareribs
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can (20 oz.)pineapple w/juice
Korean Marinade and Sauce

In medium bowl, whisk ingredients together until sugar is dissolved
- 1-1/2 cups soy sauce (low sodium)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 green onions, chopped (1/3 cup)
- optional: 1 Asian pear, grated or pureed (may be added to sauce if using for bulgogi marinade, but not essential)
