Salmon Garden Ranch Marinade

Take one pack of Gourmet Garden Ranch Dip Mix and mix it into the olive oil
- 1 package of The Pantry Club Gourmet Garden Ranch Dip Mix
- 1/3 cup of light olive oil
- 3-4 sections of salmon
Hawaiian Fluff

Combine undrained crushed pineapple and pudding mix In large bowl, until thoroughly mixed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
- 10-15 large marshmallows - quartered
- 1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
- 1 pkg Coconut Cream instant pudding
- 1 (2 oz) package chopped pecans (optional)
Chipotle Chile Cheese Ball #2

Blend together all ingredients until creamy
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C, shredded cheddar (sharp)
- 3/4 pkg. The Pantry Club Chipolte Chile dip mix
- 1/4 C, chopped cilantro
- 1/4 C, olive tapenade
- 1/4 to 1/2 C, chopped Jalapeno
Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake

Preheat oven to 500°F. Spray 9×12" baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ranch dressing mix (dry powder)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
Slow Cooker Pulled Jerk Pork Sandwiches

1 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 boneless pork shoulder (2 1/2 lb)
- 1 tablespoon Jamaican jerk seasoning (dry)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup cola
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 8 sandwich buns or flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
Gooseberry Patch

Warm oil in a large stock pot over medium heat; add in carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper
- 4 to 6 c. prepared stuffing, warmed
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 qts. chicken stock
- 1-1/2 lb. cooked turkey, diced
- 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
