- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 cup sugar (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup butter (3/4 cups)
- 1 cup evaporated milk (12 oz. can)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (1 1/2 tsp)
- 3 egg yolks (4 egg yolks)
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut (2 cups)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (1 1/2 cups)
