Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

Arrange chicken thighs on the bottom of your slow cooker; set aside
- 6 boneless , skinless chicken thighs*
- 4 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low sodium ketchup
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream together the peanut butter, butter and sugars

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, oil and salt
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes (about 1 pound)
- 1 small cucumber
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Roast Pork Shoulder (Perníl)

Wash the pork shoulder. With a sharp knife, make 1-inch deep cuts into the pork
- 8 pounds picnic pork shoulder

- 1 package boneless pork chops
- 1 can of Cream Chicken soup
- 1 packet dry Ranch mix
BBQ Pork Spare Ribs & Homemade Baked Beans

Boneless BBQ Ribs: Place ribs (or chicken, or both) in the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan; set aside
- Boneless BBQ Ribs:
- 1 pkg. country style boneless pork ribs (you can also use 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 6 T. butter
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 t. dry mustard
- 2 t. paprika
- 1 t. chili powder
- Baked Beans:
- 1 large can pork & beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 large green pepper (optional)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. brown sugar

- 2 large cans Pork 'n Beans, drained
- 1 Portuguese sausage, sliced
- 4 strips Bacon, cut up
- 1 pack Redondos hot dogs cut in halves
- 1 pack Bacon cut in half
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 box Brown sugar
- 1 block Butter
- 1/2 C Maple syrup
