One Dish Cajun Shrimp Delish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp (about 25 per pound)
Fresh Flounder Rolls

1 In medium bowl, mix Cucumber Sauce ingredients
- Cucumber Sauce:
- 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, coarsely grated
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (1 medium)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Flounder and Buns:
- 2 lb fresh flounder, halibut or cod fillets, skin removed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 12 hot dog buns, split
- Lemon slices, if desired
- Sprigs fresh dill weed, if desired
MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Mix all ingredients together, except chicken
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt-plain
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Seven Layer Southwestern Salad

In small bowl, mix the sour cream and salsa, set aside
- Dressing:
- 1 head lettuce, cut up
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups corn chips
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup salsa
Philly Cheese and Ground Beef Casserole

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 slices (1 oz each) provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced into wedges
- 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle original biscuits
Baked Ravioli

- 2 × 9 oz pkg Refrigerated, filled ravioli
- 1/4 cup Margarine or Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Italian Style Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 tsp Coarsely Ground Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 10 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup green onions, chopped finely
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing

- 3/4 cups cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cups strong coffee(water can be used but the coffee is sooo much better) (I use Turkish coffee)You can use instant if you don't feel like making a fresh pot
