- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup (firmly packed) browned sugar
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- Dash of red pepper sauce
Chicken Florentine Quesadillas

Warm tortillas on a griddle
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- 8 ounce package frozen spinach- artichoke dip, thawed
- 2 (6 ounce) packages grilled chicken breast strips
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- Optional: sour cream, shredded lettuce

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. of all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple or 1 (398 ml.) can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. butter
Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes

Arrange potatoes and scallions in an 8-inch square microwave-safe baking dish
- 1 pound baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (2-ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

- 2 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
- 1 (16 ounce) box butter golden cake mix
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 ⁄2 cup caramel sauce, like you would put on ice cream
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwich

1. Place roast beef into the insert of your slow cooker
- 3-4 pounds boneless roast beef
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves Garlic; chopped
- 6-8 sub sandwich rolls
