  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • (Swedish Meatballs: Substitute 1/2 pound ground pork for 1/2 pound of hamburger and half and half for the milk. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon ground spice.)
