Sweet and Sour Meatballs #4

Meatballs: Mix ingredients; shape into twenty 1 1/2-inch balls
- Meatballs:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- (Swedish Meatballs: Substitute 1/2 pound ground pork for 1/2 pound of hamburger and half and half for the milk. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon ground spice.)
- Sweet and Sour Meatballs:
- Meatballs (above)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 can (13 1/4 ounces) pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 small green pepper, coarsely chopped

Chicken Fried Steak and Biscuit Sliders

1 Bake biscuits as directed on can
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated Southern style biscuits
- 1 lb beef cube steak, cut into 8 pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Progresso® plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk

- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant lemon pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 12 gingersnap cookies, coarsely crushed (about 1 cup)
- 1 pint fresh blueberries (2 to 2-1/2 cups)
Winter Woods Chili

In 4- to 6-quart Dutch oven cook bacon and beef, half at a time, over medium heat until beef is browned
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 large onion, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (28-oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 1 (15.5) oz can navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15.5) oz. can red beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 to 3 Tbsp.chili powder
- 2 Tbsp.red wine vinegar
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Snipped fresh oregano
- Cooked bacon, crumbled
