- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 cups cut-up fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash salt
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar, if desired
Shrimp Salad with Cilantro Dressing

In a bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients until blended
- SALAD:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried cilantro flakes
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 5 cups chopped hearts of romaine
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
- In a bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients until blended.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, chili powder, salt and cumin; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine romaine, corn, peas and red pepper; drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Top with avocado and shrimp.

- 1 pkg Instant pumpkin spice pudding (3.4 0z)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 C oil
- 3/4 C Milk
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 2 pkg Instant pumpkin spice pudding (3.4 0z)
- 4 C Milk
- For the Whipped Cream:
- 2 C Heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp Pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 C Health Milk Chocolate Toffee bits
Homemade Hoisin Sauce

Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses or 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese hot sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
