Apple Pie Bread

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices together in a bowl; set aside
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. ground cloves
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 1-1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- 2 c. Fuji apples, cored, peeled and diced
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Island-Style Banana Cream Pie

Heat oven to 450°F. Bake pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell using 9-inch glass pie plate
- Crust:
- 1 pie crust
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 boxes (4-serving size each) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 4 medium bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- Topping:
- 1 ripe mango, seed removed, peeled and cut up
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves

- 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
