Chicken Caesar Pasta

Heat 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing in large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle Caesar dressing, divided
- 2 skinned and boned chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen sugar snap peas
- 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced (see Note)
- 1 cup torn fresh spinach
- 8 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat the oven to 350?F
- For the streusel:
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms (3 cups)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese (4 oz)
- 3/4 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed (from 12 oz bag)
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 1/2 cup finely crushed buttery crackers
