Pepperoni Pizza Loaves

Preheat oven to 400. Slice the French loaf in half
- 1 large loaf French bread ($.99)
- 1/2 jar pizza sauce ($.50)
- 1/2 bag pepperonis ($1.50)
- 2 About 2 cups shredded pizza blend cheese ($1.25)
- Apples, oranges, bananas, carrot sticks, side salad…whatever fruit and veggie you like! ($1)
Sweet Potato Pie with Maple Meringue

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll pie crust into 9-inch pie plate
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1 can (29 oz) sweet potatoes in syrup, drained
- 1 2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk (from two 14-oz cans; not evaporated)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg whites, room temperature
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
Gluten Free Spice Cake Spice Cake

1. Position oven rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350°
- Frosting:
- Nonstick oil spray for pans 1 1/3 cups oat flour
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup walnut oil

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum (available at natural food stores, online, and many supermarkets) 1
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 11/3 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Grade B pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 cup toasted and coarsely chopped pecans
Zesty Chicken Corn Chowder

Melt Fleischmann's in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Made with Olive Oil Spread
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz each) reduced sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 oz each) Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup water
Individual Blueberry Cobblers

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place two muffin liners in each of 12 muffin holes
- 4 cup(s) fresh blueberries, washed and picked over
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2/3 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked unenriched white cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp sugar, granulated
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 Tbsp regular butter, cold
- 1/3 cup(s) fat free skim milk
Salmon Patties

Take the bones out of the salmon
- 1/2 Cup Onion, Minced
- 1 Sleeve Crackers, Crushed (or about 2 cups bread crumbs)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dill, Dried
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Can Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Cup Corn Meal

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) plain German chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 ⁄2 cup water
- 1 ⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- Marshmallow Frosting (recipe below)
- 2 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars (1.55 ounces each), broken into 24 small pieces (total), for garnish
Saucy Sweet and Sour Chicken
