Peppermint Mocha

In a large mug mix coffee with peppermint extract, chocolate syrup, half and half and gently stir
- 6 or 8 oz. brewed coffee
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- Half & Half, to taste
- Whipped cream
- Crushed peppermint candies (optional)
Cherry Tassies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1-1/4 cups butter, softened
- 2-1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup finely crushed striped round peppermint candies (about 18)
- 48 red maraschino cherries or liquor-flavored maraschino cherries with stems, drained
- Coarse sugar
Chris Pryme's 4 ingredient Meatloaf

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for one hour
- 1-1/2 lb of ground beef
- 1 medium carrot shredded
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 sleeve of crushed saltines
- 1 can of cream soup (mushroom, tomato, celery etc)
Standing Rib Roast

One hour before roasting, bring the roast to room temperature
- 1 (6 pound) prime rib roast, ribs removed and tied on the end of the roast
- 3 garlic cloves, slices
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Peaches Praline Dumplings with Cream Sauce

- 2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts, toasted and divided
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Pie
