In a mixing bowl, combine the meat and steak grill seasoning
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef or chuck ($2.24)
- 1 Tbsp steak grill seasoning ($.05)
- 4 Tbsp store bought or homemade pesto ($.50)
- 4 slices provolone cheese ($.75)
- Tomato, lettuce, onion (whatever fixins you like) ($.25)
- Ketchup, mayo (whatever condiments you like) ($.25)
- Whole wheat buns ($1)
- 4 Corn cobs ($1) ( if you like too)
Hearty Fish Chowder

In soup pot, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (29-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 3 pounds white-fleshed fish fillets (such as cod or haddock), cut into 2-inch chunks
