Rum Raisin Fudge

In a heavy sauce pan melt white chocolate chip,sweetened condensed milk and salt
- 1 1/2 lbs white chocolate chips
- 1 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp rum-not flavoring-rum alcohol
- Soak 3/4 of raisins in 3 tbsp of rum
Loveless Cafe Muddy Fudge Pie

In large microwave-safe bowl, combine unsweetened chocolate and 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 (9 inch) pie shells , partially baked (see above)
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate , chopped
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sweetened Whipped Cream
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chicken with Herb-Roasted Tomatoes and Pan Sauce

- 1 1/2 pounds cherry tomatoes or other small tomatoes on the vine
- 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Crust:
- Pie crust to double 9-inch pie
- Milk or cream
- Sugar
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups fresh blueberries, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cheese Layer:
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Decorations:
- Baked flour cutouts
- 7 blueberries
Mouth-Watering Pork Chops

Place flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish; mix well then coat pork chops with flour mixture
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (12 oz)
- 1 cup matchstick-cut or shredded carrots (from 10-oz bag)
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 containers (10 oz each) refrigerated Alfredo pasta sauce
- 3/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (6 oz)
- 3/4 cup panko crispy bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Smoked Sausage Noodle Skillet

In large skillet cook sausage and onions until meat starts to brown
- Oil
- 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 (16 ounce) bag broccoli & cauliflower
- 8 oz. curley noodles, uncooked
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cheese Fries
