In a bowl place oats and buttermilk
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

- 6 oz. butter

In a small bowl, mix all of the marinade ingredients together
- Marinade:
- 5 pounds chicken wings (or your favorite chicken pieces, skin on)
- 3 cups cornstarch, for dredging chicken pieces in

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-inch piece ginger
- 3 tablespoons sherry cooking wine
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Mushroom Chicken *GOOD*
