- FILLING:
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

In Dutch oven, cook onions in oil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender

Holiday Mashed Potatoes

- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. garlic powder

- 2 cups Original All-Purpose Baking Mix
- 2/3 cup almond toffee bits
- 2/3 cup coarsely chopped USA PEANUTS
- 2/3 cup Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 10 ounce vanilla caramels
- 2 to 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup Milk Chocolate Morsels, melted
