- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 3 eggs
SLOW COOKER PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICHES

Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner
- 2 1/2 to 3 pounds beef round steak
- 2 green peppers, sliced thin
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 3 cups beef stock
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 to 2 large loaves French bread, sliced into sandwich lengths or 6 to 8 hoagie buns

1. Begin by crushing 36 Oreo cookies
- 1 package regular Oreo cookies – about 36 cookies
- 6 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 1- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cold milk
- 1- 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, divided
- 2 – 3.9 ounce packages Chocolate Instant Pudding.
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1 and 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

- 12 tablespoons butter (1 1/2 sticks)

Chinese Broccoli w/Crispy Roast Pork & Oyster Sauce Ever

Cut ends off of Chinese broccoli, and place in deep pan or wok
- Leftover Crispy Chinese roast pork (or leftover roast pork)
- 2 bunches Chinese broccoli
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon cornstarch
- salt & pepper if needed

- Cookies:
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- Topping:
- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoons coarse (kosher or sea) salt
