- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 cups (about 20) finely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup green creme de menthe liqueur
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Dissolve yeast in water in a large electric mixer bowl
- 1 cup water (105–115°)
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/3 cup butter

- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup sugar

Hawaiian Seafood Kabobs

Mix juice, oik, rum, salad dressing mix and ginger in crust or small bowl until well blended
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon rum or dry sherry
- 1 envelope garlic and herb salad dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pound mahi-mahi or swordfish steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
- Red pepper chunks, pineapple chunks and green onion pieces

Sugar Cookies: In electric mixer cream butter and add sugar and salt

- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) salted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- Icing/Glaze for One Dozen Sugar Cookies:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon half n’ half (plus a few drops if needed for consistency)
- few drops vanilla (or other flavoring, optional)
- few drops coloring (if desired)
- Other Decorations/Equipment:
- sprinkles (if desired)

- cookie cutters (for circles, a glass or cup works too)
- rolling pin (a clean, smooth bottle works too)

- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
