Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce

First, cut your green onions (green parts only) at an angle into 2-inch pieces
- 2 or 4 (1/2-inch-thick) bone-in pork chops (depending on how many you are feeding)
- 2 Tbsp flour (I used Wondra)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 ounces cremini or button mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp light sour cream
7-Layer Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken until cooked
- 7-9 pieces chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
- 1(16oz) pkg shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix-chicken flavor
- 1(10.75oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed & water drained)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tray mushrooms (sliced)
- ½ (14.5oz) can chicken broth
Chocolate-Hazelnut-Coconut Bars

1 Heat oven to 350°F
- 1 roll Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate flavored chip cookie dough
- 1 1/4 cups hazelnut spread with cocoa (from 13-oz jar)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 LAND O LAKES® Egg White
- 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
- 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut, if desired*
Fast Chicken Fajitas

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, each cut into 8 wedges
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/4 pounds total), cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons dry fajita seasoning
- 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Cranberry-Pumpkin Waffles

Combine berries and water in a small bowl
- 1/2 c. sweetened dried
- cranberries
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 4 t. baking powder

- 1 t. cinnamon

- 1-1/2 c. milk

- 1/4 c. shortening

Old-Fashioned Beef Stew

1 Set KitchenAid® Multi-Cooker to Soup setting
- 1 1⁄2 pounds beef top or bottom round steak, well trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups (8 ounces) baby carrots
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 medium onions, cut into wedges
- 2 cups cut green beans
Chicken and Corn Tostadas with Salsa Verde

1 Cook frozen corn as directed on bag; cool
- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen corn & butter sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce (from can of chipotle chiles with adobo sauce)
- 10 tostada shells (from 4.5-oz box)
- 3/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese (3 oz)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oven to 425°F. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
