  • 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
