- 1/2 bag of frozen Italian Meatballs (1 pound)
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen cheese tortellini
- Beef Broth (32 oz.)
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Cannellini Beans
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Italian Diced Tomatoes (has basil, garlic & oregano in it)
- 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Barbeque Sauce:
- Chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, breasts, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion (1 large onion)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves) (I only used 1 large clove)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup tomato paste (10 ounces)
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- I also added a few dashes of liquid smoke, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and lots of black pepper
