Nutty Chocolate Hot Bites

Heat oven to 375°. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookies (24 cookies)
- 1 1/4 cups Mixed Nuts with Peanuts
- 1 1/4 cups Special Dark chocolate baking chips
- 1 1/4 cups marshmallow creme
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper (cayenne)
Sausage Stuffed Loaf

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 one-pound loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic, minced
Mocha Delight Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Spaghetti & Meatballs #2

Mix eggs, milk and crumbled bread well enough to thoroughly moisten the bread
- Meatballs:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Equivalent of 3 slices of white bread, coarsely crumbled (can use sandwich buns, etc.)
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon fennel seed, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
SOUR MILK BISCUITS

Preheat oven to 400 F. Sift the flour, salt, and soda well together
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 cup thick sour milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Maple Pecan Sweet Potato Scones

- Scones:
- 2¾ cups whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 stick cold butter, diced
- ⅔ cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- ⅓ cup real maple syrup
- 3/8 3/8
- 2 eggs
- Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
- 2–3 teaspoons milk
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
Pumpkin Crunch Dump Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 can solid-packed pumpkin (29 oz.)
- 1 can evaporated mile (13 oz.)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 box yellow pudding cake mix
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
Ramen Stir-Fry

1 Remove fat from beef. Cut beef into thin strips
- 1 pound beef boneless sirloin
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 package (3 ounces) Oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
- 1 package (16 oz) fresh stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, snow pea pods and bell peppers) (4 cups)
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
Hawaiian Wedding Cake

- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple drained
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
