Beef Noodle Casserole

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Classic American Potato Salad

1. Put eggs in pot and cover with cold water
- 3 eggs
- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 large celery stalk
- 1/2 cup bread-and-butter pickle slices
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Candy Bar Meltaways

1 Heat oven to 375°. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, break up cookie dough
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 13 bars (fun-size) milk chocolate-covered nougat and caramel candy, unwrapped, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup crushed Golden Grahams® cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or peanuts
German Brussels Sprouts

- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen Brussels sprouts
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup
- 2 tablespoons milk

- 1 whole cut-up chicken (3- to 3-1/2 pounds), skin removed
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Chocolate Hazelnut Pie Sticks

Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil
- 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1/2 cup hazelnut spread with cocoa
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sugar or decorator sugar crystals
Freezer Slaw

Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves; cool
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3 (10-ounce) packages shredded angel hair cabbage slaw
- 1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)

- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked
Stovetop Chicken Noodle Parmigiana

- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/2 pounds total)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, cut in half
- 2 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken up (Reserve seasoning packets for another use)
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
