Individual S'more Brownie

Remove brownie from foil pouch; place on microwavable serving plate
- 1 Fiber One® 90 calorie chocolate fudge brownie (from 5.34-oz box)
- 1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows (about 8)
- 1 teaspoon semisweet chocolate chips (about 7)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely chopped peanuts
Tropical Twinkie Trifle

Pour drained pineapple in bottom of pans, next place the Twinkies on top
- 1 – 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 box (10 cakes) – “Twinkies” snack cakes
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz) Instant Banana Pudding
- 1 can (21 oz) Strawberry Pie Filling
- 3 ripe bananas , cut to your liking
- 1 – 8 oz container Cool Whip (or whipping cream)
- Toasted Coconut (optional)
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
- Chopped Nuts of your choice(optional)
- Maraschino Cherries (optional)
- This recipe filled 2 loaf pans (9 x 5 1/2)
Crumb Topped Apple Pie Bars

For the crust, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder
- Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- Filling:
- 4 cups pared, cored, sliced apples (1/8″ thick)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Cinnamon Glaze;
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Quick and Easy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions
- 12 ounces, weight Pasta Of Your Choice (I Prefer Short Ones Like Rigatoni, Penne, Etc.)
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 whole Large Onion, Finely Diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 jar (15.5 Ounces) Roasted Red Peppers, Drained And Roughly Chopped
- 1 cup Vegetable Or Chicken Broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt, More To Taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (more To Taste)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Shavings (more For Serving)
- Finely Minced Parsley
- Chopped Fresh Basil (if You Have It!)
Merry Berry Desserts

Arrange strawberry and/or banana slices in bottoms of 6 muffin cups
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and/or banana
- 1 package (4 serving size) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 ripe banana, cut up
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
Peanut Butter Cereal Treats

In large saucepan, combine marshmallows, butter and peanut butter
- 30 large marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 6 cups Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch
- 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate M&M's
Key Lime Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For Cupcakes:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup superfine sugar*
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- For Filling:
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- For Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1 (14.4-ounce) box honey graham crackers (see Tip)
- 2 (4-serving) packages French vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (16-ounce) container ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
French Silk Tarts

Heat oven to 425°. Remove crusts from pouches; unroll on work surface
- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, cut into pieces
- 1 cup butter, softened (do not use margarine)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 pasteurized eggs* or 1 cup fat-free egg product

- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
