HERSHEY'S "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" Chocolate Cake

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING (recipe follows)
Kamaboko Dip

Dice, grate or shred the Kamaboko
- 1 pkg Kamaboko (fish cake)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 dollops of Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of Green Onion (scallions)
- Salt/Pepper
Soft Gingerbread Cookies

Blend margarine and sugar in large bowl; mix in eggs
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar,packed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/w teaspoons baking soda
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Six Cup Salad

Mix all ingredients together and chill
- 1 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup drained pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fruit cocktail
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1 cup coconut
Crumb Boss COCONUT CUSTARD PIE

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells
- 6 Eggs fresh Large
- 6 oz Sugar
- 1/2 t Nutmeg
- 1 t Van X
- Salt pinch
- 3 c Milk
- 3/4 c Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 c Coconut Flakes, sweetened
- 2 unbaked 8 inch pie shells
Lemony Tartar Sauce

In small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons pickle relish, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Challah French Toast

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F
- To Serve:
- 6 extra-large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half or milk
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon good honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 large loaf challah or brioche bread
- Unsalted butter
- Vegetable oil
- Pure maple syrup
- Good raspberry preserves (optional)
- Sifted confectioners' sugar (optional)
Pina Colada Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Rosemary-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C)
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound/450 g each)
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 tsp (10 mL) salt
- 1 1/2 pounds (700 g) unpeeled small red potatoes
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4"-thick wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix*
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
