Smoky Cabbage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion in butter until translucent
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 T. butter
- 1 head cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped
- 6 smoked frankfurters or sausages, sliced
- 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
Chicken Cacciatore

Heat oil in soup pot over medium-high heat
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 green), thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, cut in half then cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (3- to 3-1/2-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white wine, optional
- 1 (1-pound) egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

- 1 (18.5-ounce) package white cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup (6 ounces) white baking chips
- 1/2 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
Fall Harvest Cobbler

In soup pot, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1-3/4 cups water; bring to boil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups cold water, divided
- 3 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 pears, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk
Buttercream Frosting

* In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix softened butter and crisco together
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter (salted, or unsalted)
- 1 cup Crisco shortening
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter)
- 4 - 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure almond extract (best quality available)
- 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream, half and half or milk
Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) plus 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1 1/4 cups GOYA® Pineapple Mojo marinade
- 1 lb. extra-large shrimp (about 24 shrimps) peeled and deveined, tails off
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, cored and cut lengthwise into slabs
- 1 medium red onion, thickly sliced (1/2 inch)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 (6”) Fajita Flour Tortillas

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
- 1/2 recipe or 1 pound store-bought pizza dough, thawed if frozen Basic Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), room temperature, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and very thinly sliced
- 1 large egg yolk
