Sharon’s Macaroni Casserole

Grease bottom and sides of an 8″ x 12″ pan with butter
- 2 (16 oz.) boxes of elbow macaroni ( .89 cents each) $1.78
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery (condensed soup) $1.29
- Around 3/4 cup bread crumbs $ .50
- Around 2 Tablespoons butter $ .25
- 6 Slices American Cheese $1.00
Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1-1/4-ounce jar poppy seeds
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk, blended with 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (milk may curdle)
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon peel
Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Preheat oven to 350°. Line muffin tins with paper liners
- Glaze:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- powdered sugar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
Almond Butter Cookies

1. In bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter, almond paste, and sugar until very smooth
- 3/4 cup (3/8 lb.) butter, at room temperature
- 8 ounces almond paste (about 1 cup)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped almonds
7-Up Salad

Dissolve gelatin in water; cool
- 2-3 oz lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 cups 7-Up
- 2 cups small marshmallows
- 4 large bananas, diced
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup pineapple juice (reserved juice)
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Pork Chops with Creamy Chive Sauce

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (4 oz each)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Crumb Boss Red Velvet Cake

- 1 t. Baking Soda

Fudgy "Cup" Cakes

- GLAZE MIX:
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 (4-serving) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered dry cocoa mix

Garlic Lovers Pork Loin

- 1 (3- to 4-pound) boneless pork loin roast
- 5 cloves garlic, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 10 black peppercorns, crushed
