Super Easy Beignets

Place both frozen bread dough loaves on greased baking sheet
- 1 (32-ounce) package frozen bread dough loaves
- Vegetable oil
- Powdered sugar
Grated Bread and Chocolate Cake

1. FOR THE CAKE: Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees
- CAKE:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, grated
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 9 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- FROSTING:
- 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup amaretto or other almond-flavored liqueur*
- 1/2 ounce semisweet chocolate, grated
Fresh Ranch Dressing

Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1-1/2 t. vinegar
- 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t. dill weed
- 1/8 t. pepper
Cake Bot American/Basic Buttercream

1) Using mixer, mix butter, shortening and salt together, about 5 minutes on low
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups shortening
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract or additional flavoring (optional)
- 2 pounds confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon meringue powder (optional, but texture will be smoother)
- Water or milk as necessary (approx. 2 tablespoons)
Eggland's Best Eggs

In medium size bowl, use potato masher to mash peeled avocados; add onions, garlic, cilantro and lime juice
- 12 eggs, hard-cooked
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Gelatin Tilt

PREPARE gelatin as directed on package
- 1 package JELL-O Brand Gelatin, any flavor
- COOL WHIP Whipped
- Topping, thawed (optional)
- JELL-O Jigglers (recipe follows)
Peanut Butter Cookies #6

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugars, shortening, peanut butter and egg
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour (If using self-rising flour, omit baking soda, baking powder and salt)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Jelly or jam
Diane’s Favorite Clam Chowder

In a large pan, combine potatoes, clam juice, and enough water to cover potatoes
- 8ounce8 ounce thick cut bacon, diced
- 1 1/2pounds1 1/2 pounds of clams, canned
- 1/4cup1/4 cup butter
- 1/4cup1/4 cup flour
- 2cups2 cups heavy cream
- 1small1 small onion, diced
- 3stalks3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 1/2pounds1 1/2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons G&M Seafood Rub or make your own (recipe below)
Lime Shrimp Skewers

Equally divide shrimp among skewers; place on plate and set aside
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails left on
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Chocolate Coating:
- 1-3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
