Applebee's Tequila-Lime Chicken

Set oven to broil. To prepare chicken, pour lime juice and tequila into sealable plastic bag
- 1 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup tequila (non-alcoholic may be used)
- 12 cup tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup Mexi-Ranch Dressing (recipe to follow)
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar jack cheese
Chocolate-Covered Eggs

In large bowl, beat butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups plus 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, divided
- 3 to 4 drops yellow food coloring, optional
- 2 cups (12 ounces) white baking chips or semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- Icing of your choice
- Assorted decorating candies
Oven-Fried Pork Cutlets with Apple Slaw

Heat oven to 425°. Generously spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray
- 4 pork boneless loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 8 saltine crackers, finely crushed (1/3 cup)
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- Cooking spray
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 small tart red apple, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup coleslaw dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Easy Burgundy Beef

Mix all in slow cooker and cook on low 7-8 hours Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, chow mein noodles
- 1 1/2 lb stew meat...cut in bite size pieces
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red cooking wine
- 1 can sliced mushrooms/liquid
- 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
Hazelnut-Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Prepare Basic Cookie Dough
- Basic Cookie Dough
- 1/3 cup(s) hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) hazelnut-chocolate spread
Finger Steaks (Marinade)

Mix top 8 ingredients,then cut up meat into chunks and soak for at least 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- pinch chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 pounds top sirloin steak
Macadamia Nut Chicken

Combine bread crumbs, macadamia nuts and salt together on plate; set aside
- 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
- 2/3 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1/4 t . salt
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, flattened to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. olive oil
Chasey's All Butter Buttercream

Beat until very fluffy. (it won't be snow white, but pretty close) You can add Wilton's White-White if you need to
- 2 sticks plus 2 tbps of salted butter (Land O'Lakes has the best tasting butter!)
- 8 cups of powdered sugar (at least a 2 lb. bag. You may need more)
- 3 tsp vanilla (I use only French Vanilla coffee syrup. Da Vinci sugar free in a wine sized bottle. Delish!!!)
- 5 tsp milk
Rice with Pigeon Peas

Heat oil at low heat in saucepan
- 2 cans 16 oz green pigeon peas (drained and rinsed)
- 3 cups of rice (rinsed)
- 1 cube chicken flavor bouillon
- 3 tbs sofrito
- 2 tbs corn oil or olive oil
- 1/4 lb. cooking ham (chopped) optional
- 2 pkts Sason Goya with annatto
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups of water
- Salt to taste

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
