Layered Strawberry Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package butter recipe golden cake mix
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves, divided
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 quarts fresh strawberries, sliced
Pepperoni Lasagna Pizza

Preheat oven to 375 degree F
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 (3-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Peel and dice potatoes, making sure all are relatively the same size
- 3 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 16 fluid ounces (2 cups) half-and-half
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 ounces grated Parmesan
- Peel and dice potatoes, making sure all are relatively the same size. Place in a large
- saucepan, add the salt, and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and
- then reduce heat to maintain a rolling boil. Cook until potatoes fall apart when poked
- with a fork.
- Heat the half-and-half and the garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat until
- simmering. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Remove the potatoes from the heat and drain off the water. Mash and add the garliccream mixture and Parmesan; stir to combine. Let stand for 5 minutes so that mixture
- thickens and then serve
Touchdown Butterscotch Dip

- 2 (11-oz.) pkgs. butterscotch chips
- 5-oz. can evaporated milk
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 T. rum extract
- apple and pear wedges

- Green Tea Cupcake Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsn. matcha powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsn. matcha powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 350 F, 20-22 minutes
- Green Tea Buttercream Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-2 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest and more to decorate top of cupcake

- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon bourbon or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Garnish:
- Coarse sparkling sugar, if desired
