Cake Bot French Buttercream #2

This is my personal favorite buttercream to use as filling
- 12 fl oz egg whites (about 10 large eggs or 1 1/2 cups)
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3 pounds unsalted butter, cool to room temperature
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract (or extract flavor of your choice),
- (OR up to 3 fl oz light rum, framboise, or kirsch)

Marinate the chuck roast in the lemon juice, sprinkled with lemon pepper and a bit of salt and pepper
- 1 1.5 lb. chuck roast ($3.73)
- Lemon pepper (free) Used $1 coupon with $1 sale price
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice ($.05)
- Salt and pepper
- 4 medium red potatoes, washed and quartered ($.80)
- 4 carrots, peeled and quartered ($.40)
- 3 celery stalks, cut into 2 inch pieces ($.30)
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced ($.15)
- 2 cups hot water

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
Second Street Chicken and Pasta

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 jar (25 to 29 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) thin spaghetti, uncooked
- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake

1. Heat oven to 325. Butter and flour 10-inch bundt pan
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 12 oz mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 jumbo eggs
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups pumpkin puree, canned or fresh
- Chocolate ice cream topping, warmed to drizzling consistency

- 2 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
