Hamburger Steaks with Sweet and Sour Onions

Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl; stir well
- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
- 1 (8-ounce) package fresh chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Lucca Cafe's Brownies

Line 2 (9-inch) square baking pans with foil, and grease the foil
- 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 pound salted butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 3 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plus 2 1/2 tablespoons (7 ounces) flour
- 1 cup chopped walnut pieces
Black Bean Nachos

1 Arrange top oven rack 6” from top heat source
- 6 oz. tortilla chips
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- ¼ cup Jalapeño Slices Nachos
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced (about ¼ cup)
- 1½ cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- GOYA® Salsa Pico de Gallo-Mild, for garnish
- GOYA® Guacamole, thawed, for garnish
Cool and Creamy Key Lime Dessert

1 Heat oven to 350°. Place flour in medium bowl
- Crust:
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup firm butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- Filling:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice or regular lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel, if desired
- 2 cups whipping cream
- Few drops green food color, if desired
Peppered Pork with Asti Cream Sauce

Flatten pork to 1/2-in. thickness
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 3/4-inch slices
- 3-1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
- 2-3/4 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2/3 cup Asti Spumante
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Caramel Pumpkin Whip Dip

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until incorporated
- 1/2 c pumpkin puree
- 1/2 c Cool Whip )
- 1/4 c brown sugar (to taste; can also omit or use maple syrup, stevia, agave, etc.)
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, optional
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, optional
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce, optional (if using, you can add it to the mixture or drizzle over the top of the finished dip)
Pasteles

Remove ribs from ti leaves; wilt leaves
- 40 ti leaves
- 24 green Chinese, Williams, or Bluefield bananas
- Salt to taste
- Achiote Oil
- 4 cups Sofrito (recipe below)
Peanut Butter Bursts

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. peanut butter chips
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Christmas Eggnog Punch *(GOOD)*

Beat eggs and sugar until lemon-colored
- 12 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 10 cups water
- 48 ounces frozen orange juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 2 quarts ginger ale

- 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch thick slices
- 1/2 onion, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 (10 ounce) tomato soup
