Homestyle Chicken and Dressing

In a large bowl, combine first 11 ingredients
- 1 large rotisserie chicken, skinned, boned, and shredded (about 4 cups)
- 6 cups coarsely crumbled cornbread (see Note)
- 8 (1-ounce) slices firm white bread, torn into pieces
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Peaches 'n Cream Torte

Crust: Spray 9-inch spring form pan with nonstick spray
- Crust:
- 10 crumbled lowfat honey graham crackers
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup light stick butter
- Filling:
- 2 (3 oz.) packages peach gelatin dessert
- 1 3/4 cup boiling water
- 3 cups frozen peach yogurt
- Topping:
- 1 pint hulled and slices fresh strawberries
- 3 pitted and sliced small peaches
- 1 tablespoon sugar

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Pour melted butter into 8 or 9-inch square baking dish
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 cups fresh blueberries

Combine the first six ingredients in large mixing bowl
- 1/2 - cup old fashioned or quick oats
- 1 - cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 - cups biscuit baking mix
- Jiffy, Bisquick, Pioneer or Homemade
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 - stick margarine, melted
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - cup butterscotch chips
- 1 - cup candy corns

Bananas Foster Crepes

- 1 (4-serving) package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 6 tablespoons whipped topping
Sunday Chicken Supper

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, layer the first seven ingredients in order listed
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups cut fresh green beans (2-inch pieces)
- 5 small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut up
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Pinch pepper
Fast Amaretto Shrimp

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/3 cup amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on

No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

- 1 package (11.1 ounces) no-bake cheesecake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
