Combine Smoky Spice Rub ingredients
- Smoky Spice Rub:
- 1 tbsp. GOYA® Sazonador Total
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika

- 1 pork tenderloin, about 1¼ lbs.
- 4½ tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- Spring Mixed Pea Salad:
- 1 red onion, cut into ½ ” dice
- 4 tbsps Lemon Juice (or fresh), divided
- 3 cups frozen Peas
- 1½ cups sugar snap peas, halved crosswise
- 2 tsps chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt

- 2-3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 16-oz bottle Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Slow Cooker Zesty Black Bean Soup

Heat beans and water to boiling in 4-quart Dutch oven; reduce heat
- 2 cups dried black beans (1 pound), sorted and rinsed
- 10 cups water
- 8 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 2 medium carrots, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
