Candy Icebox Bars

- 18 chocolate graham crackers (2 sleeves from a 14.4-ounce package)
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups assorted fun-size candy bar halves

Creamy White Chili #3

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and onion
- 1 T. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 4-oz. cans chopped green chiles

- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. plain or vanilla, Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk or milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz. fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray round 2-quart casserole or 11x7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 can (15.5 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa (from 12-oz jar)
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 loaf (16-oz size) prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 plum (Roma) tomato, diced (1/2 cup)
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
Speedy Beef Stroganoff

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steak, well trimmed and thinly sliced across the grain
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound medium egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Kid-Tested Cheeseburger Pizza

In a large skillet, cook the first five ingredients over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1-1/4 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Sliced pepperoncini, optional
Potato Crusted Catfish and Chips

- 3 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
