- 1/4 c. 1/4 c. mayonnaise

- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. 1/8 tsp. salt
Crumb Boss Lemon Tart

In a bowl place lemon juice lemon zest, eggs

Southwest Macaroni and Cheese

Cook pasta noodles as directed
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni noodles
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups cooked black beans, or 15 oz. can black beans
- 15 oz. can corn
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, or Pepper Jack cheese blend, divided
Apricot Pear Tart

MIX together cookie crumbs, sugar and butter in small bowl
- 1 1/3 cups shortbread cookie or graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package JELL-O Brand Gelatin, Apricot Flavor
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1 2/3 cups (4 ounces) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 can (16 ounces) pear halves, drained
- Mint leaves
- Cinnamon stick, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
