Mix in a 2 quart sauce pan the sugar, cornstarch, salt, evaporated milk and whole milk

- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked and cooled

- 1 can black beans
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Coleman's dry mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire

MAKE COCONUT CREAM FILLING: Mix milk, yolks, and sugar in a saucepan and heat until mixture starts to thicken
- COCONUT CREAM FILLING:
- 8 ounces evaporated milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans Coco Lopez (cream of coconut)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- CAKE:
- 24 ladyfingers or 1/4 lb sponge cakes or 1 lb poundcake
- SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 4 tablespoons brandy or 4 tablespoons rum

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute sausage 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (16-ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup converted rice, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (9-ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed

In a pot, heat olive oil on low heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
- 2 ounces red wine
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 4 cups ooked pasta

- 1 lb. processed cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 4 T. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Make-Ahead Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Cook potatoes in pot of boiling water until fork tender
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of milk
- 10 oz Italian Cheese & Herbs Cooking Creme (or 8oz cream cheese, softened & double the spices)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 12 oz-16oz of bacon, cooked to a crisp – broken into small pieces
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
