Easy Batter-Crust Pizza

In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef or sausage; drain well
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef or ground pork sausage
- 1 c. plus 2 T. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1-1/2 t. pepper
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- Optional: 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 8-oz. can pizza sauce
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Bunuelos De Queso (Puerto Rican Cheese Fritters)

Beat the eggs, milk and sugar together in a large bowl
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese

- 1 package (16 oz)refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1/2 cup small pieces graham crackers
- 1/2 cup small pieces milk chocolate candy bars
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows

- 1 1/2 - 2 pound boneless ham
- 4 cloves
- 1/2 onion
- 6 – 8 peppercorns
- 1 cup water, chicken stock or apple cider

Philly Cheesesteak Burgers

In a skillet over medium heat, cook onion in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 8-oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- sirloin, formed into 6 oval-shaped burgers
- 12 thin slices provolone cheese
- 6 hoagie or sub buns, split
- Optional: pepperoncini slices
Orzo-Stuffed Peppers

Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds
- 4 large green peppers
- 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Sweet and Tangy Broccoli Slaw

- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Zesty Honey Mustard

- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Kernels, Roasted & Salted

- 3-oz of medium egg noodles cooked and drained
- 1 can (10 3/4-oz)low-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken (leftover works well; so does a deli chicken)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
